Smashing Magazine's 25 WYSIWYG Editors Reviewed is just another great example why that site is one of the best in its class . I know I keep giving thumbs up to it but I cant help it. When there is something good out there you have to sometimes just scream and yell about it.

Rapidweaver (Mac thats why)
NVU
Kompozer
Namo
Freeway
Seamonkey

I did use Evrsoft but at the time that I was using it I could not afford Dreamweaver.
