Seems that there are some very large Norwegians websites alerting its users that they need to upgrade their browsers if they are using IE6. It also appears that Sites in Sweden, Indonesia and Australia have also joined in in the campaign to get rid of IE6.

I agree about the discontinuance of ie6. Its old enough that its not necessary any more. I dont support it in websites because the new technology to make nice sites is not supported.
